Requirements :

Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers
  • Answer questions about the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

  • Qualifications : Female Graduates- Preferably BCOM/BBA.
  • Should have convincing power with good listening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Junior Sales Manager (JSM)

  • Contact potential or existing customers in person and get requisite information’s with respect to their financial assistance/loans
  • should be able to answer customer’s queries
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Collection of required documents and submit the same to Banks
  • Interact with Bankers and to bridge between the customer and banks
  • Hand-hold the customer to close the deal and process further documentation as per the Bank’s requirement
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Meet the targets and achieve higher goals on month on month basis/li>

Requirements

  • Qualifications : Post Graduates/Graduates with good command.
  • Male candidates with two wheelers are preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejections
  • Should be able to handle documentation
